Funsco needed a highly stable web & mobile app that would enable their customers to order food via their platforms.
THE NEED The app (both web and mobile) needed to always be in sync and able to handle sudden spikes in customers.
THE CHALLENGE The performance of the app was highly reliant on stable API connections with 3rd parties such as Maps, iPay88 & Lalamove to ensure customer satisfaction.
THE SOLUTION We leveraged various AWS Resources and monitoring tools as well as added an auto-scaling feature to the web app architecture to be able to support spikes in usage.
THE RESULT We built a robust app that managed to ensure an uptime of over 99% with no crash feedback from customers.
